Peace of Mind for Atlanta Home Buyers
Buying a home is likely the largest investment you will ever make. Whether it is a historic bungalow in Grant Park or a new build in Brookhaven, you need an unbiased expert in your corner.
Our Pre-Purchase Inspections (also known as buyer's inspections) are designed to identify safety hazards, major defects, and maintenance items. We don't just hand you a report; we educate you on your new home's systems.

Inspections for First-Time Home Buyers
We specialize in helping first-time buyers by explaining our findings in plain language. We encourage you to join us for the walkthrough at the end of the inspection. We'll point out water shut-off valves, explain how your HVAC works, and answer questions in real time.
Local Expertise Matters
Every region has unique housing challenges. We are familiar with common Atlanta home defects, from polybutylene piping found in many 1990s suburbs to foundation settling issues common in historic intown properties. Don't hire an inspector who doesn't know what to look for in the Georgia climate.

Common Questions Homebuyers Ask About Inspections
Should I get a home inspection in Atlanta's competitive market?
Yes. Even in a seller's market, waiving an inspection is risky. We find major defects in both historic renovations and new construction. If you need to move fast, we offer same-day reports.
How do home inspections work when buying a house?
Home inspections usually happen during due diligence after an offer is accepted. During the due diligence period buyers can back out for any reason and not lose earnest money. If the home inspection comes back with findings the seller refuses to fix, then buyers can safely back out without risk of losing any money.
How long do Atlanta home inspections take?
You can expect around 2.5 hours minimum, but home inspections don't have a set time frame. There are a number of factors that go into how long the inspection takes: Inspector experience, size of the home, and age of the home (the older the home the more defects are likely).
Do you service suburbs like Kennesaw and Peachtree City?
