Josh is an extremely knowledgeable inspector who produced a very detailed report, which I really appreciated as a first time homebuyer for an older home. He was very efficient and able to accommodate my short turnaround time, while also wonderfully patient when some inconvenient external factors out of his control arose that delayed his ability to access the property.
