The Gold Standard of
Home Inspection Expertise
Experience matters. We bring the highest levels of certification in Georgia, including residential GC license, Passing the National Home Inspector Exam, and FAA certification to every Atlanta property.
GA Residential Basic Contractor License
Unlike most inspectors, I am a state licensed residential contractor. This means I understand the structural integrity and building codes of Atlanta homes from the foundation up.
License #: RBI004164
FAA Part 107
If you make money from using a drone you are required to get Part 107 certified. Unfortunately, not many people know this or don't care. Being certified ensures safety but also protection for you.
American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI)
ASHI Inspector requires home inspectors to pass the National Home Inspector Exam, have completed 50 paid inspections, and have 5 reports verified by ASHI. This means an ASHI inspector is experienced and verified.
InterNACHI
InterNACHI provides the most robust ongoing training platform. It ensures you stay up to date with new building materials (like modern synthetic stuccos or high-efficiency HVAC systems) that are common in new Atlanta developments.
National Radon Proficiency
Program (NRPP)
NRPP’s radon measurement and mitigation certifications are the only radon industry certifications to earn ANSI recognition, which separates NRPP from the competition and distinguishes top-quality radon professionals.
International Association of Certified Indoor Air Consultants (IAC2)
IAC2 is the certifying body of indoor air consultants specializing in mold inspection and testing, radon testing and mitigation, and other indoor air pollutants.
The Importance of Home Inspector Credentials in Georgia
Georgia is one of the few states that does not require a state license for home inspectors. This means anyone can buy a flashlight and call themselves an inspector.
Atlanta Premier Home Inspections bridges this gap by voluntarily achieving the most rigorous national certifications. From our ASHI Certification (requiring the National Home Inspector Exam) to our NRPP Radon Proficiency and Georgia GC license, we provide the verified expertise you need to protect your family and your investment.
