What Makes Brookhaven Homes Unique And Why You Need a Thorough Inspection
Brookhaven is one of the fastest growing and most desirable areas in metro Atlanta, known for its mix of historic cottages, mid-century ranches, and brand-new luxury builds. While this variety gives the neighborhood character, it also means unique inspection challenges.

★★★★★
Josh was incredible to work with. I truly mean that. He was attentive and was able to get our home inspected the next day.
Additionally, he allowed us to attend while he inspected and gave his honest feedback. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a home inspection.

★★★★★
Josh is an extremely knowledgeable inspector who produced a very detailed report, which I really appreciated as a first time homebuyer for an older home. He was very efficient and able to accommodate my short turnaround time, while also wonderfully patient when some inconvenient external factors out of his control arose that delayed his ability to access the property. His attention to detail, enthusiasm to answer my many questions, and experience in the construction sector gave me a lot of confidence in the thoroughness of his report!

Josh was a pleasure to work with. He was on time and thorough. Even though the builder made things difficult, he kept on top of it, and communicated with me.
He found a lot of discrepancies that both myself and the contractor had missed, saving both headaches and money. Well worth the cost. Thanks Josh!
Follow up inspection verified that several important issues were addressed by the builder. I will definitely use Josh again for the 11 month warranty inspection. Thank you sir for your excellent inspection and follow up!
